Book a PartyThe history of Tanner’s starts back in the 1980s, in the town of Atchison, KS. Grandpa Tanner spent years quenching the thirsts of his friends and neighbors in this small college town where he grew up. But he had a bigger vision. With the love for his hometown in his heart (which is still there to this day), he made his way to the big city.
Great staff and the starters were delicious! The cheese balls were really good, and they had a touch of spice, which made them really good! Worth a try, for sure! Our waitress was incredibly attentive to our huge party, as well! Highly recommend!
I go to this Tanner's Bar & Grill location with my friends all the time. Haven't had any complaints in my time there. Usually order the Flavored Fried Chicken Lips with a side of Tots and Ranch. Pairs nicely with a beer and some friends. This location is family-friendly, as well. The outdoor patio is nice to sit at in the summer in this location and is covered.
We meet at this Tanners for our Networking group in Tuesday afternoons. We always get one server to take care of our crowd and we really have been impressed that whoever gets the job for the day manages to keep everyone happy. Sometimes we have up to 50 people. The food is really good and the staff friendly.
